About 16 years ago, I experimented with and started photographing people. 

As an introverted individual, working with people was not something 

I was initially interested in and it wasn’t and still isn’t the focal point of my fashion and portrait work. I seem to be more fixated on and inspired by light and how it hits and changes the mood of a subject. Much of my work exhibits very moody characteristics due to more subdued lighting techniques. Even when photographing I also enjoy working with unique natural light

shadows and shaping artificial light to tell a story in my images.
